Hello moonbouncers,
There was very nice CW activity during ARRL contest this year (on all bands except 2m from US) and it is unfortunate I did not have a lot of free time for it.
I also “worked” JT65 logger eme (I thought: who is going to find out anyway??) and apart from constant chatter I also found JAMMING.... a lot of Jamming, even from its own creator!!?
Check a small part of it from N0UK logger:
11/19 17:04 VE3KH you being jammed by K1JT and W6YX (W7IUV Larry WA DN07dg 216.215.40.193)
11/19 17:05 Why Larry .... they on 142 also? (VE3KH Kevin ON FN03aj 24.141.203.45)
11/19 17:06 They are calling me to get a contest poitn and it ain't gonna happen!! (W7IUV Larry WA DN07dg 216.215.40.193)
11/19 17:08 Thansk Larry 73 ... Yes, I have been jumped by a quite a few stations (VE3KH Kevin ON FN03aj 24.141.203.45)
11/20 17:47 Also hr k1jt calling me -22 but not ans him (KN4SM/5WL/KW Jerry VA FM16qt 24.241.251.86)
11/20 18:02 Contest = reduced courtesy! (K5DOG/2M Stevedog NM DM52xw 65.127.140.122)
11/20 18:04 Yes, K1JT and W3SZ can hear on gold tooth. (K5DOG/2M Stevedog NM DM52xw 65.127.140.122)
One thing I wouldn’t regret missing on EME is JAMMING!!!

I have this QRO-amplifier for sale but because of the weight and size, only local pickup is possible.
Think ít´s only interesting for amateurs located in Sweden.
It is advertised on:

Hi Folks,
I bought this powersupply SNT Emerson BML 231 204/5
It is standard set to 54Vdc output and contains a fiber optical interface.
No further adjustments at all.
Is there any-1 who has experience with this kind of powersupplies and configured it down to 48Vdc?
Met vriendelijke groet,

Hello Moon-Bouncers,
The container that I send from China with some personal stuff has arrived at my home, in it I also put some mesh dish antenna's to fill up some left spaces ;-)
These are professional antenna's from COMSTAR brand, I have a few ST-10 type (3.0m) and ST-12 type (3.7m) available.
Specs can be found on internet, e.g at:
http://www.lextech.com.sg/OnlineDoc/36-Comstar%20MD.pdf
The ST-10 I have available for 750 Euro
The ST-12 I have available for 1500 Euro
The price turn out a little higher than I estimated before, mainly due to the many charges when it entered European land.
All antenna's are new and still in the box, as it came from the factory.

I would not ordinarily release two MAP65 upgrades in the same day, but
this time it seems desirable to do so.
MAP65 version 2.20, revision 550 has been posted on the WSJT web site.
Startup instructions are available at:
There are just two changes since MAP65 r548:
1. In case you did not already have it, the file libusb0.dll is now
included in the distribution package. It has also been added to the
package QtSupport.exe. This file is used by the Si570 frequency-setting
routine.
2. A tab labeled "Si570" has been added to the Setup dialog window. It
has entries for "Frequency Multiplier" and "Frequency Calibration
(ppm)". The IQ+ receiver requires Multiplier=2 (the default value); the
SoftRock needs Multiplier=4. If you know that the master oscillator in
your Si570 is off by a small amount, enter the fractional error (in
parts per million) in the Calibration box. The commanded Si570
frequency will be
f = Multiplier * (1.0 + 0.000001*Calibration) * UserFrequency
An updated version of the Quick-Start User's Guide has been posted at
http://www.physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/K1JT/MAP65_Beta_Release.pdf
If you know what you're doing and have been using earlier versions of
MAP65 2.0 or 2.1, a direct link to the new release is:

=========================================
As announced, I made a parallel classification of EME ARRLContest
2011. As I had done in 2010 here:
http://f2tu.pagesperso-orange.fr/Extra/ARRL2010%20Parallel%20Clas.pdf
This classification will be made to "432 & Up" CW only.
Each station will be classified by band and also "Multi-band 2.3 GHz &
Up" and "All bands 432 MHz & Up"
Stations having worked in multi-mode should only give the CW QSOs and
multipliers (multipliers remove the digital Summary)
Send me the Summary of ARRL contest (Multi hereby amended to "All
modes") or a list, to f2tu.philippe @ orange.fr.
That those who sent only CR Mono band, send me a summary of all bands
worked "432 MHz & Up"
I await your answers until April 30 and must be able to send the results
early in May. They will be sent on Moon, Moon-Net, and News Letter 432 &
Up.
I hope many answers in order to get a nice picture of traffic in the
2011 ARRL contest.

Folks:
Moderate activity this year on the band. I was hoping to set a personal best, but that was not to be as low North American activity, Sirrius satellite QRM, and dropping declination reduced the QSO count a fair bit.
Echoes were absolutely loud at times especially during my western window.
Overall I worked 25 random QSO's, plus some nice SSB contacts with F2TU and CT1DMK, and added one scheduled station outside of the contest.
New ones were JA8IAD #72, RK3WWF #73 after many QRZ's, JA8ERE #74, , and PA3DZL #75 a super signal with his new amp.
I CWNR JA6CZD, WA8RJF, and had a few others call me on 2320 that I could not pull out due to the QRM. My apologies to those that called that did not complete with me.
QSO breakdown;
NA stations 4
EU statons 17
AS stations 3
OC stations 1
Quite lopsided, so it sure pays to be in Europe for these contests.
I will change to the 23 cm feed soon and hope to be QRV for the 1296 leg of the contest.
73s to all.

Hello,
I have been using an AlfaSpid az/el rotor with 4x 2MXP20s. For computer control of the rotor, I use a program called SunMoon, which comes with the SatPC32 tracking program sold by AMSAT. On my screen, SunMoon shows the direction where the antennas are supposed to be pointed, but it does not show where the antennas are actually pointed (the numbers on the rotor controller itself). In other words, if for some reason the rotor does not accept and follow the commands from the program, I can't tell by looking at SunMoon. Is there a program that shows this? I sometimes operate remotely and a couple of times there has been an issue with antenna direction.

Hello all,
HB0/DF1SR plans are:
Monday, 15:00 to 18:00z: 6cm. Afterwards maybe 13cm from 19:00z if low wind.
If all 6cm stations are done earlier, we can change to 13cm earlier, too.
Thuesday, from 16:00z on 9 cm.
Wednesday, from 17:00z on 13cm again.
Thursday we are going to disasseble the station.
Plan can be changed due of strong wind.
Please check out the chat at HB9Q.
